Appointments & Cancellations

All services are provided by appointment only. A credit card may required to secure your appointment. An appointment may be cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Same day cancellations and/or "no shows" may be subject to full payment of scheduled appointment.

Payments & Gratuities

Gratuities are not necessary, but greatly appreciated.

Skinshape accepts cash, Skinshape gift cards/certificates, all major credit cards and PayPal. Gratuities are welcomed in cash only. 

Coupons, Discounts, Promotions & Sales.

Skinshape offers several coupons, discounts, promotions and sales throughout the year. All offers expire on the date noted. Coupons, discounts, promotions and sales may not be combined unless otherwise noted.

Returns & Refunds

Skinshape will accept returns, make exchanges or issue refunds within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit. Gift cards and gift certificates are not returnable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact Skinshape @ 718-531-4552 for return authorization and instructions.
